Wing Group Coach — The Wingmen
- $800–$1,500 per month, per group
- Contract
- Phoenix
Wingman Club runs small peer groups — six to eight men who meet regularly to work through the club's personal development curriculum together. We're looking for coaches to lead them.
A wing group meets monthly for around 90 minutes, in person or on video. As the coach, you facilitate: you set the agenda, run the structured experience-share format, keep the conversation honest and on time, and make sure every man in the room gets airtime. Between sessions, you're available to the group for light check-ins and you help hold members accountable to the commitments they made.
The curriculum is provided. It covers masculine purpose, communication, confidence, handling rejection, ego, and navigating midlife — drawn from established frameworks in the personal development space. You're not writing the material; you're bringing it alive in the room and adapting it to the men in front of you.
Our members are successful professionals in their 40s and 50s, most of them navigating life after divorce. They are not looking for a guru. They're looking for a skilled facilitator who can create a room where high-performing men will actually be honest with each other.
This is a recurring monthly engagement per group, with the opportunity to lead multiple groups as the network grows.
What we're looking for
- Experience facilitating groups — peer advisory forums, mastermind groups, group coaching, men's work, or comparable
- Formal training or credentials in coaching, counseling, or facilitation are a strong plus
- Genuine skill at holding a room: managing the dominant talker, drawing out the quiet one, and keeping things productive when a conversation gets real
- Comfortable with the subject matter — dating, relationships, divorce, purpose, and self-worth — and able to handle it without judgment or lecturing
- Sound judgment about scope. You'll recognize when something a member raises belongs with a licensed therapist rather than a coaching group, and you'll refer accordingly
- Based in the Phoenix metro (in-person preferred) with availability for a recurring monthly evening session
- Professional discretion. What's said in the group stays in the group
To apply, tell us about your facilitation experience, any relevant training or credentials, and your philosophy on what makes a men's group actually work. Include your monthly availability.
