Wing Girl — The Wingmen

The **Wing Girl **helps contribute to the guest experience at Wingman Club events — monthly connection nights at Old Town Scottsdale venues, plus occasional private events.

A night looks like this: you arrive before doors with the event host, check the table and bottle setup, and get briefed on who's attending. Once guests arrive, your job is social hosting — greeting people at the door,** keeping energy up** around the tables, and making warm introductions between our members and other guests. You'll read the room, notice who's standing alone, and **bring them into a conversation**. Toward the end of the night you help wind things down and give the host a quick rundown of how it went.

Most events run four to six hours, typically Thursday through Saturday evenings, and you'll know your schedule at least two weeks out.

This is a hospitality and hosting role. It is **social, energetic, and public-facing** — nothing more than that, ever. Our members are professionals in their 40s and 50s and the environment is upscale and respectful. Pay is per event, and there's room to grow into a larger role as we add markets.

What we're looking for

- 21+, with reliable transportation and availability for evening events in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area
- Experience in hospitality, event staffing, promotions, brand ambassador work, or serving/bartending — anything where you were the person making a room feel good
- Genuinely outgoing. The core of this job is walking up to strangers and starting conversations, all night, without it feeling forced
- Professional, punctual, and reliable — you show up when you say you will, dressed for the venue, phone away
- Strong judgment. You'll be the one who notices when a guest has had too much, when someone's uncomfortable, or when a situation needs the host's attention

To apply, tell us about a room you were responsible for and how you handled it. Include your general weekly availability.
