Videographer / Content Creator — The Wingmen

We're hiring a videographer to capture Wingman Club events and turn them into the short-form content that fuels our paid advertising and social channels.

This is not traditional event videography. The primary deliverable is vertical short-form — Instagram Reels and TikTok — designed to make a high-caliber night in Scottsdale look worth showing up for. Think atmosphere, movement, energy, and quick cuts, plus a longer recap edit for the website and ad creative.

A typical shoot is three to five hours at an evening event, once or twice a month. Deliverables are 4–6 vertical short-form edits and one 60–90 second recap, delivered within seven business days, with raw footage archived for us.

We'll also occasionally need studio-style work: talking-head video for our member curriculum, filmed in a controlled setting with a coach on camera. That work is scheduled separately and paid separately.

As with all our content work, discretion matters. You'll be briefed on who has consented to appear on camera before each event.

What we're looking for

A reel showing short-form vertical work — nightlife, hospitality, lifestyle, or events. Show us something that made you want to be in the room
- Your own gear: camera, gimbal, lighting, and audio for the studio work
- Strong editing. We're hiring for the edit as much as the shoot — pacing, music selection, and hook-first structure
- Understanding of what performs on Instagram and TikTok specifically
- Seven-day turnaround, consistently
- Based in the Phoenix metro with reliable transportation
- Business insurance and a contractor agreement
- Bonus: experience cutting paid social ad creative, or shooting talking-head/course content

To apply, send your reel (short-form work front and center), your rate structure for event coverage and for studio work, and your general availability.
