Event Photographer — The Wingmen

We're looking for a photographer to shoot Wingman Club events and produce the images that drive our marketing.
The work is event coverage with a specific purpose: we need photos that make an upscale night look like an upscale night. Venue and atmosphere shots, tables and bottle service, candid crowd energy, and detail shots that sell the experience. This is low-light nightlife shooting in Old Town Scottsdale venues, so you need to be genuinely comfortable in that environment — fast glass, confident flash work, and the ability to get clean images in a dark, busy room.
Shoots typically run three to five hours on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday evening, roughly once or twice a month. Deliverables are 40–60 edited images within five business days, in both full-resolution and social-ready crops.
Discretion is part of the job. Our members are professionals who value privacy, and you'll work from a shot list that respects that — we'll brief you before each event on who has consented to be photographed and what's off-limits.
What we're looking for
A portfolio with nightlife, event, or low-light work — this is the main thing we're evaluating
- Your own professional gear, including fast lenses and off-camera flash
- Reliable turnaround. Five business days, consistently
- Comfortable working a room: unobtrusive, quick, and good with people who don't love having a camera pointed at them
- Based in the Phoenix metro with reliable transportation
- Business insurance and a contractor agreement (we can walk you through this)
- Bonus: experience shooting for hospitality, venue, or lifestyle brands
